A drunk woman pulled over for a DWI threatens cops.
A 56-year-old woman was pulled over July 11th near Eagle, CO in what appeared to be a normal DWI case. The woman first caught the attention of the police officer by forcing him off the road in a near head-on collision.
She was a black magic woman who tried to put the devil in the cops
The woman was driving erratically when she was eventually pulled over. She became combative and yelled profanities when the officer arrested her. This is where our story gets weird (you knew it would).
The woman claimed she was a “black witch” and would cast a hex on the officer and an assisting officer if they did not let her go.
She refused the breathalyzer, stating she was acting on the advice of her lawyer. Geeze lady, it's Eagle county not "bat country"! Since she was alone in the car, it is unclear if her lawyer’s suggestion was from another plane or just a previous meeting.
She freaked out on the ride home: kicking, screaming, and banging her head against the divider the whole way back.
She was drunk on tequila, methadone, and possibly black magic. She was charged with driving under suspension, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, careless driving, and failure to display a valid license from this plane of existence.
The arresting officers failed to turn into newts. Possibly, they got better.
