Paris Hilton angers yet another country!

Paris Hilton is not welcome at Oktoberfest.  Her presence offended the locals of München so much last year, that they did not want the store-bought celebrity to cheapen this year's festivities.

Last year she showed up in a Dindrl, the traditional Bavarian dress, to promote a canned wine.  The locals were so offended by it they passed a law stating that celebrities cannot promote products at Oktoberfest.  Munich tourism chief Gabriele Weishaeupl also announced that celebrity promotions this year “are completely prohibited by the new festival rules”.

Paris is also banned from returning to the annual event.  Can we do that in the USA?
