In Alabama, the state government was considering a bill to raise the legal alcohol limit in beer from 6% ABV (alcohol by volume) to 13.9% ABV. You read that right, it is illegal to purchase or distribute beer higher than 6% ABV. This eliminates most craft beers. ...
