Text comments, AudioEdit submissions, and Photoshopped images posted on Fermentarium by registered users may not be reposted or broadcast without the express written permission or license from Fermentarium.com, and must attribute Fermentarium.com as the source.
The content on Fermentarium.com, except all Submissions (defined below) is owned by or licensed to Fermentarium.com, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the United States and international intellectual property laws and conventions. Content on Fermentarium.com is provided for personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of the respective owners. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Submissions of third parties obtained through the Fermentarium.com website for any commercial purposes. Fermentarium.com permits the submission of text, photographs, opinions, comments and/or other forms of communication submitted by you and other users (“Submissions”) and the hosting, sharing and publication of such Submissions. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own Submissions and affirm, represent, and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Fermentarium.com to use all patent trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Submissions in the manner contemplated by Fermentarium.com. You retain all ownership rights in your Submissions. However, by submitting the Submissions to Fermentarium.com, you hereby grant Fermentarium.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Submissions in connection with Fermentarium.com and Fermentarium.com’s business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of Fermentarium.com (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels/outlets. Fermentarium.com does not permit or allow copyright infringing activities and/or infringement of intellectual property rights on Fermentarium.com’s website, and Fermentarium.com will remove any and all content and Submissions if properly notified that such content and/or Submission infringes on another’s intellectual property rights.
Fermentarium is committed to user privacy in our products and services. This policy outlines our personal information handling practices. If you give us personal information, we will treat it according to this policy.
Types and uses of personal information

We provide links to third party sites. Since we do not control these Web sites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) third party sites.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our systems.
Fermentarium encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:
Teach kids never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult. Includes name, address, phone, school, etc
Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.
Look for Web site privacy policies. Know how your child’s information is treated.

We use Google Adsense and other third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
