My hops are getting close to harvest.  These are my Spalt hops, and I use them mostly for lagers.

    Started picking my Willemette/cascade hops on Saturday 8/7. This is year two for my plantings the bines were much more productive. It has been very hot and dry in north Jersey this summer. I think this is a little earlier than I expected.
